Underwriting Assistant - WFSU Public Media (Part-time, OPS) Florida State University - 4.3 Tallahassee, FL Job Details Temporary | Part-time $20 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Computer operation Desktop applications Computer skills Office experience Full Job Description Department WFSU Public Media Responsibilities Manage invoicing processes, including verification, distribution, and reporting Handle affidavit preparation, tracking, and submissions Reconcile and track incoming payments Maintain databases, logs, and underwriting files Update website content and prepare weekly reports/lists Review digital placements and broadcast schedules and support staff with coordination of on-air spots Create scripts and assist as needed Qualifications A combination of post-high school education and work/office experience equal to a minimum of two years. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of computer applications. Attention to detail. Ability to adhere to scheduled hours. Preferred Qualifications Ability to prioritize and perform multiple work assignments. Excellent customer service and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
