About the Role We're looking for a high-level content creator who can do more than just film—you must understand how to build and grow YouTube and TikTok channels from the ground up . This is a full-time, in-person role based in Tampa, FL , with plans to transition to Mulberry, FL within 12-18 months . We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company long-term and play a key role in building our content engine across multiple brands. This is not a "show up and follow a checklist" job . You'll be responsible for helping us develop, test, and scale content that actually performs . What You'll Do Own and help grow YouTube and TikTok channels from 0 → scale across multiple brands Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality long-form and short-form video content Develop content strategies based on: Trends Keyword opportunities (VidIQ, SEO tools) Audience behavior and retention Script videos with strong hooks, pacing, and storytelling Analyze performance and continuously improve content based on data Set up and optimize a professional YouTube studio environment , including: Lighting, framing, and backgrounds Audio setup and testing for high-quality sound Capture high-quality product photography for website and marketing use Plan and execute: A-Roll (on-camera storytelling) B-Roll (cinematic, engaging footage)

Create:

Drone product reviews, unboxings, and tutorials (Drone Pros) Men's fashion and lifestyle content (Business Casual Men) Collaborate with internal teams on content direction and publishing schedules Required Qualifications Must reside in a HUBZone (see requirement below) Proven experience working on or growing YouTube and/or TikTok channels Strong understanding of: Viral content mechanics Hooks, retention, and pacing Short-form vs long-form strategy Experience using tools like: VidIQ (preferred) TubeBuddy, SEMRush, or similar Strong videography, photography, lighting, and audio skills Experience setting up and optimizing YouTube filming environments Ability to script compelling content Exceptional attention to detail Startup mindset — proactive, adaptable, and execution-focused HUBZone Residency Requirement (Mandatory) This role requires candidates to qualify under the
