Compensation:

Per project / per shoot (to be discussed based on experience) (Opportunity-based for creatives building portfolio) About the Role We're looking for a photographer or content creator to document behind-the-scenes moments during podcast production days. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys capturing real, candid moments and storytelling through visuals . Responsibilities Capture behind-the-scenes photos during filming Record iPhone video content (vertical format for social media)

Setup process Guest interactions Natural, candid moments Deliver content within 24-48 hours after shoot Time Commitment Production days only (scheduled in advance) Typically 2-4 hours per shoot day Qualifications Strong eye for candid photography Comfortable in a live production environment Experience shooting with DSLR or iPhone content Reliable and communicative Must have a camera Nice to Have Experience with event or podcast photography Basic editing skills (Lightroom, mobile editing apps) Ideal Candidate A creative who wants to build their portfolio, gain production experience, and be part of a growing media brand .
