About the Role We're looking for an experienced photographer/videographer to join our growing real estate media team serving Forsyth County and the greater North Georgia area. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys: Being out in the field instead of sitting behind a desk Creating professional photography and video content Working directly with people throughout the day Having variety in their schedule and projects Being part of a positive, growing team While real estate media experience is certainly a plus, we're primarily looking for someone who already has strong experience with photography and videography and can confidently represent our brand in front of clients. Strong client-facing skills are just as important as strong camera skills. We're looking for someone who is: Professional and reliable Personable and confident with clients Calm under pressure Organized and dependable A quick learner who can think on their feet Excited to grow with the company long-term What You'll Do Capture professional real estate photography and video content Film luxury property walkthroughs and lifestyle content Work directly with homeowners and real estate agents on-site Travel throughout Forsyth County, Atlanta, and North Georgia Operate professional camera, video, and drone equipment Upload raw media files after appointments (no editing required) Follow company systems, shot lists, and quality standards Deliver a professional and positive client experience at every appointment This is a highly active, client-facing role, with most of your time spent on-location capturing content rather than editing behind a computer. Schedule & Availability 20-35 hours per week (depending on demand and season) Minimum 4 days of availability required Typically shoot

Monday-Friday:

9:00 AM - 6:00

PM, Saturday:

10:00 AM - 3:00 PM Occasional twilight appointments may be scheduled You can block off days when needed, but general availability during these windows is important.

Compensation & PerksShoot Rates Standard Appointments:

$25 per unit

Drone-Certified Appointments:

$30 per unit

Luxury Video Appointments:

$35 per unit One unit is approximately 60 minutes of on-site shooting time. Additional Compensation Travel time paid at $20/hour (paid in 15-minute increments) Mileage reimbursement at $0.50 per mile Compensation varies based on appointment volume and services performed, with opportunities to increase earnings as you become certified for additional services.
