This dynamic role balances hands-on customer support with creative brand building. When you aren't guiding guests through their self-service studio experience, you will be developing social content and engaging with Chicago's vibrant creative and business communities. \ Responsibilities Lead the customer experience: Greet customers, lead mini tour of the studio to get them hyped for their session, and guide them through our self-service technology Drive sales: Manage post-session photo selection and drive additional sales across prints, digital files, and other merchandise Grow our brand and social media: Drive tokofoto's brand and media presence by producing 1-2 high quality Reels/Tiktoks per week Manage technical and studio operations: Provide basic, hands-on troubleshooting for studio equipment, including cameras, lighting strobes, and photo printers, to ensure seamless daily operations Qualifications Familiarity with professional photography gear (DSLRs, studio lighting) Proficiency with editing tools like Canva, TikTok / Reels, CapCut Fluent in social media best practices & trends Strong hospitality & customer service skills Ability to manage a retail environment solo Ability to work 16-24 hours per week (Store hours are 12pm-7:30pm). Hours flexible.
