You'll spend your days exploring different neighborhoods, meeting new people, working independently, and creating media that helps homes stand out. About Lloyd Film & Photo Lloyd Film & Photo (LFP) is a growing real estate media company serving Indianapolis and the surrounding communities. We help real estate agents market homes through professional photography, videography, drone media, floor plans, and other listing services. We're a small but professional team that takes client care seriously. Agents trust us to represent their brand and their listings, and we're looking for someone who shares that same commitment to quality and professionalism. About the Role This role is much more than taking photos. You'll represent our company on-site while working directly with real estate agents and homeowners to create high-quality listing media and deliver an exceptional client experience. While some photography experience is preferred, real estate photography is a specialized skill that we train extensively. We're much more interested in finding someone who is: Reliable and punctual Friendly and professional Coachable and eager to learn Detail-oriented Self-motivated Comfortable interacting with clients What You'll Do Travel to residential properties throughout the Indianapolis area Capture interior and exterior listing media using our structured shot process Interact professionally with real estate agents and homeowners Follow detailed systems and checklists Upload media after appointments using your home computer (strong internet connection needed) Maintain organization and accuracy throughout appointments Deliver a high-level client experience Represent LFP professionally in the field Learn photography, videography, and drone services through structured training This is an active, people-focused role where no two days are exactly the same. Schedule & Availability Approximately 10 hours per week to start Strong opportunity for additional hours as the company grows Monday-Friday daytime availability required Most appointments take place between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM Morning and early afternoon availability is most important Weekend availability is a plus but not required A significant amount of driving is involved between appointments, so a reliable vehicle is required Real estate is a fast-paced and ever-changing industry, and successful team members are adaptable, professional, and able to adjust to schedule changes while continuing to provide an exceptional client experience. Compensation & Benefits Paid training at $15/hour Structured onboarding and mentorship

Standard Photography Shoots:

$20/hour FAA Part 107

Drone Certified:

$25/hour

Video Certified:

$30/hour Mileage reimbursement at $0.30 per mile All necessary equipment provided if needed FAA Part 107 exam first attempt paid for by the company (must be completed within 3 weeks of hire) Study materials provided for drone certification Clear path to additional responsibilities and hours as the company grows What We're Looking For Some photography experience preferred Comfortable operating a camera confidently Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills Professional and personable with clients Coachable and open to feedback Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable vehicle and clean driving record Self-motivated and dependable Comfortable using technology Access to a home computer and reliable internet Honest communicator who speaks up when challenges arise Many successful team members come from customer service, hospitality, retail, events, and other client-facing industries.
