Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic seasonal school photographer to join our team at SCH Photo. As a seasonal photographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality school portraits and group photos of students and staff during the academic year.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate photography equipment, including cameras, lighting, and backdrops, to capture individual and group portraits. Pose and position subjects to achieve the best composition and appearance in photographs. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with students, staff, and parents to create a positive photography experience. Ensure the accuracy and organization of photo order forms, ensuring all necessary information is collected. Meet productivity targets and adhere to established schedules to ensure timely completion of photography assignments. Collaborate with the school administration and staff to coordinate photography sessions and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
Previous experience in school photography or portrait photography is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in operating professional photography equipment and software. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work on weekdays during school hours, as most photography sessions will occur during school hours. Reliable transportation to travel between schools within the assigned area. Some overnight travel required.

License/Certification:
