Listing Intake Specialist

We are looking for a high-energy, tech-savvy Listing Intake Specialist to join our team. This isn't just a data-entry job; you are the guardian of our brand's first impression. You will be responsible for taking a property from "signed contract" to "live on market," ensuring every detail is perfect and every client feels like a VIP. If you are obsessed with "unreasonable customer service," thrive on using the latest technology, and don't mind getting out of the office to get your hands dirty, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do The Launch:

Intake all listing data and ensure properties are presented pristinely across all platforms.

Tech & Media:

Utilize 3D cameras and advanced real estate technology to capture property data. (We provide the gear; you provide the eye for detail - No photography skills necessary).

Field Work:

1-3 days a week you'll be in the field measuring homes (we'll train you!), placing signs, and installing lockboxes. Must be able to lift/carry 30-40 lbs.

The Feedback Loop:

Gather showing feedback and relay it to sellers promptly. You are the bridge between the market and our clients.

Review Generation:

Proactively ask for and secure client reviews to help grow our reputation.

Pristine Standards:

Audit live listings daily to ensure photos, descriptions, and data points meet our "unreasonable" quality standards.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience with CRM platforms or project management software. A background in photography, videography, or floor plan sketching. A valid Real Estate license (not required, but a plus).

Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$28,000 - $48,000 (starting salary based on experience/qualifications).
