Real Estate Photographer

Job Summary Allard Media Group is a full service Real Estate Media Company. From listing photo and video services, to brand development - we provide real value to our clients through sincere relationships and high quality media. At Allard Media Group, we're not just looking for a candidate, we are looking for someone that wants an exciting job exercising both their creative and customer service skills. We are a real estate media company looking for an extremely professional, prompt and responsive individual to join our growing team. Photography experience is a plus but is not required. Must have a 2014 or newer vehicle that can be used to drive between projects. Professionalism, promptness, responsiveness and dependability are what we are looking for in an individual and someone who loves to be a team player and loves to take care of customers. We will train you fully on our specific processes including photography, videography, 3D Virtual Tours, drone (Part 107 certification required to fly, not required to apply, will be required within 1 week of being hired) and schematic floor plans. Duties Capture high-quality photographs of residential and commercial properties, ensuring optimal lighting and composition. Utilize proper photography technique required for real estate photography and ensure consistency across all images. Collaborate with real estate agents to understand their vision and requirements for each property shoot. Job Requirements A 2014 or Newer Vehicle that can be used to drive between projects. Must be able to cover a 30 mile radius around you. Positive and Professional Attitude Great communication skills and responsiveness Must be good with time management Customer Service experience is a MUST! Business Casual Dress Code Background check required Must have clean driving record Computer with internet connection to upload photos Flexible schedule, Ability to take on occasional "last-minute" projects Nice to have Knowledge of uploading to Dropbox / Google Drive / etc Knowledge of Google Calendar or similar.
