VR Venue - Technician / Manager / Operator

VR Technician / Manager / Operator & Social Media Coordinator We're looking for a versatile and enthusiastic individual to join our team, ensuring our virtual reality experiences run seamlessly while also helping us with all other daily operation needs and too connect with our audience online. This role is perfect for someone who loves to troubleshoot, is very well organized and very well versed in computers.

Responsibilities:

Technical Support & Maintenance (This is the biggest necessity of this job) Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on arcade machines, virtual reality equipment, computers, and all associated technology. Manage and function complicated computer systems. Stay up-to-date with new technologies and repair techniques relevant to arcade and VR systems. Social Media & Marketing Create engaging content (text, image, video) for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to promote the business. Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing performance. Develop and implement advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer traffic. Venue Operations & Customer Care Provide excellent customer service, assisting guests with game selection, VR experiences, and general inquiries. Process payments, handle cash, and manage point-of-sale systems accurately. Oversee the general cleanliness and organization of the venue. Perform other day-to-day operational tasks as needed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience and help with all other business necessities too function properly throughout all of our businesses. ) Strong understanding and practical experience with various social media platforms and content creation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent computer proficiency and experience with POS systems. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Willingness too work at various locations doing various tasks. The home location you will be working from most of the time will be Caribou Maine but the willingness if needed too travel and help at our soon too open Foxwoods Casino Connecticut location is a must.
