That means you have shot between '25-50' weddings for a B shooter, or over 50 for an 'A' shooter. A shooters know how to direct a bride, a crew of 4 and own all your equipment. You are responsible for the shoot going smoothly, included liaising with the couple, planner, and directing and supervising the team. B shooters are on a similar technical proficiency and gear as A shooters but are not expected to lead the team, be the point person with the couple and planner, nor be the main responsible person for the shoot. Key things that will make you successful with us: 1. You love doing this. 2. You know your stuff. 2. You are great with people. 3. You own all required equipment (More on that later) 4. You check your ego at the door. Duties Coordinate and lead a team of shooters on weddings. Do full and half day wedding shoots: Shoot at the bride's house, studio, ceremony and reception. Can be anywhere from 12 to 17 hours. Operate cameras and other equipment to capture high-quality footage. Liaise with the couple and wedding planner. When on a job, our A shooter is the face of the company. Supervise the other shooters on the job. Coordinate your team during the ceremony and reception to capture the necessary angles Follow internal best practices. Requirements. Minimum 50 weddings as a shooter under your belt. If lower, please apply for one of our B or entry level shooter positions. Proficiency in operating SLR Cameras. Proficiency with Drone operation (Videographers only) Experience leading small teams in fast paced environments. Good communications. High command of English. •Videographer bonus: Knows how to do an SDE• Equipment requirements (Photo) 2x SLR camera bodies with fast auto focus and dual card recording. 2x Camera flashes. Spare Batteries. Equipment requirements (Video) Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team 2x 4K capable camera bodies with fast auto focus, 60FPS shooting and dual card recording (Videographers only) environment. 32bit float handheld 2 channel recorder. Wireless lav kit. DJI Ronin RS2 Pro or better Gimbal. 4K Drone Fluid head tripod. Camera mounted 10W+ light. This is not for the faint of heart. If you are an A shooter, I you know how this works, and we have work if you have the drive. Rates are commensurate with experience. Range given for reference, but not an absolute cap.
