The ideal candidate will work independently, photographing the homes of our sellers. There may be 1-4 shoots per day. Generally, the photographer will be on location between 1 and 3 hours. Flexible schedules are necessary, and daytime shoots are typical. Drone licenses are a must! We offer an exciting atmosphere in a people-oriented business. There is room for creative growth here, and you will be fully supported by our great administrative and marketing team. All client communications and billings will be handled by our team. Responsibilities:

Able to retouch photos to ensure best lighting, contrast and high quality so homes are pictured at their very best Photograph and/or video properties for online and print marketing purposes so buyers show interest quickly Ability to produce high quality virtual tours to post on various websites and attractively market the most homes possible Ability to attend multiple shoots per day and/or week in order to provide the best possible customer service to our clients

Qualifications:

Have a comprehensive knowledge of photography, lenses, lighting and video equipment Real estate photography experience a plus, but we will train the right person Must possess excellent computer skills and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite Comfortable working with many different kinds of people and has the ability to make adjustments and act on feedback on projects Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance multiple deadlines Drone licenses About Company Founded with a vision to reimagine real estate, Pemberton Real Estate is now one of Minnesota's leading independent brokerages.
