Real Estate Photographer - Part Time

Are you looking for consistent, flexible part-time work doing something creative while helping real estate professionals showcase their listings? We're a growing real estate media company in the St. Louis area and we're looking for one reliable, personable photographer to join our team and grow with us. No experience in real estate photography required — just a great attitude, a dependable vehicle, and a willingness to learn and show up on time. What You'll Do Photograph residential and commercial properties across the larger St. Louis area following our proven shooting standards and guidelines. Services include interior and exterior photography, video walkthroughs, drone footage, and 3D tours. Shoots are typically scheduled between 9am and 2pm Monday through Friday with flexibility built into the schedule based on demand. Some weeks and months will be busier than others — we need someone who can adapt and is available when the work is there. You will always know what your schedule will be the day before. Compensation and Schedule $20 per hour during your paid training period while you learn our systems, standards, and workflow. After training you'll move to 30% commission on every completed job — most photographers in this role earn $25-40 per hour worked, you can expect about 30,000 a year in earnings and growing as the business does. Stay with us for 6 months and you'll receive a $300 loyalty bonus as our thank you for being someone we can count on. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with semi flexible scheduling built around real demand. What We Require

• Valid Missouri driver's license and a dependable personal vehicle.
• Punctuality and professionalism on every single shoot — our clients are busy real estate agents who depend on us completely.
• A personable, friendly attitude with clients and homeowners.
• Willingness to sign a non-compete and non-solicitation agreement.
• Ability to work as much or as little as demand requires week to week. What We Prefer But Don't Require
• Your own camera equipment and gear.
• Prior experience in real estate, customer service, or photography.
• Experience shooting video or operating a drone.
• FAA Part 107 drone certification.
