Videographer /Photographer (Visual Producer)

Altenar is an international IT company founded in 2011, with offices in Malta, Greece, Georgia, the Isle of Man, and Uruguay. We specialize in high-load software development and provide one of the best technology solutions for the iGaming industry worldwide. We are looking for a Visual producer who combines videography and photography and is interested in creating content that works for a brand. Imagine traveling to Europe's most iconic cities, like Rome or Barcelona, capturing the energy of large-scale events, and working directly with industry leaders. This role offers a unique opportunity to create content that shapes the visual identity of an international, fast-growing brand. This role is not limited to event coverage. It focuses on the ability to capture real moments, identify stories, and turn the atmosphere of live events into engaging content that people want to watch and share.

Our team:

You will collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes a Content Manager, Art Director, Motion Designer, Event Director, and Marketing Director. What you are going to do: Create visual content for international events across Europe, including both photo and video formats Produce short-form video content for social media platforms such as Reels, Shorts, and TikTok Film interviews with team members, partners, and event participants Provide photo coverage with a focus on storytelling rather than simple documentation Work according to pre-planned scenarios while remaining flexible and able to adapt on site Deliver content quickly, often on the same day or the day after filming Contribute to the development of the company's visual style across international markets What we are looking for: Good communication skills in English Strong practical skills in both videography and photography Experience in event or reportage shooting Experience with fast content production, especially short, vertical form video formats Basic production skills, including planning shoots and working with scenarios Understanding of current social media trends Experience filming interviews Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines Would be a plus: Experience in video blogging Work with B2B and employer branding content Participation in international exhibitions as a visual producer Fluent in Russian What we offer: Regular participation in major European exhibitions and industry events, approximately 12 to 15 per year Travel support Opportunity to work in a well-established and growing international company Opportunity to influence the visual identity of an international brand Possibility to upgrade or purchase equipment with company support Stable and flexible working environment Career growth opportunity Training and professional development events Competitive remuneration and benefits Teamwork and accountability Sense of community and defined company culture Diverse workplace Modern comfortable office in the center of St Julians Gym reimbursement
