$20.00 - $30.00 per hour equivalent (paid per shoot) About Property Marketing Media We're a real estate media company serving the Triad, NC. We help agents win more listings and stand out online with professional photos, video, 3D tours, and more. We handle the clients, editing, and scheduling. You focus on taking great care of people on site. Role Overview This is a part‑time, field‑based role. You'll drive to homes, greet agents and homeowners, follow our shot list, and upload files after each shoot. We fully train you on our systems for photos, video, 3D tours, and more. No prior photography experience required. This is probably a great fit if you're: A bartender, server, or barista who's good with people and wants more predictable, daytime work Someone looking for extra income on top of another job A stay‑at‑home parent who wants to get out during the day while kids are at school A college student with a flexible class schedule The "reliable friend" who's always on time and easy to work with This is NOT for you if: You need full‑time, guaranteed hours right away You're relying on this to fully support your household You hate driving or being in and out of your car all day You take life way too seriously and get easily stressed You hate fun (big deal breaker) We provide the gear. You just show up ready to learn You'll be a great fit if you: Are always on time and keep your word Have strong customer service experience and enjoy talking to people Communicate clearly and professionally (in person and over text) Are comfortable driving between multiple homes each day Are willing to learn new skills (we train you on everything) The good stuff: Flexible schedule with mostly weekday, daytime work (occasional twilight) Every day is different - new houses, new people, new neighborhoods You'll see some really cool homes and designs All editing done for you - no late‑night editing at home Work directly with a growing local company Training in real estate photography, video, 3D tours, and drone The not‑so‑glamorous stuff (read this): This is part‑time, as‑needed work. Hours will vary week to week based on bookings. We can't guarantee a minimum number of hours. You'll be driving a lot between properties.

Requirements:

Reliable 2015 or newer vehicle, valid driver's license & insurance iPhone 14 Pro or newer (or willing to upgrade within 30 days) Business‑casual appearance on site Ability to pass a background check Fast home internet for uploading files Willing to sign a standard non‑solicitation agreement Live in the Triad, NC area Available most weekdays 9am-5pm with flexible daily hours Drone flying (Part 107) is a plus but not required to start (we'll support you in getting certified after you've proven reliable) To apply, please answer these questions: What city do you live in, and how far are you willing to drive for shoots?
