Raleigh, NC area — On the road Crossgate Realty Media is a family-owned business helping homebuilders and Realtors market their properties with high-quality photos and video. We're expanding into the Raleigh market, and we're looking for our first photographer in the area to help us build this new market. This is a ground-floor opportunity. You'll be the face of our work in a brand-new market while our sales team actively brings on more builders and grows the volume of shoots in your area. We provide all the equipment and full, paid training — no professional photography background required. We're looking for a good eye, reliability, and a willingness to learn. What You'll Do Photograph new-construction homes and communities for our homebuilder clients (we'll train you on exactly how we shoot) Work primarily around the Raleigh area Upload your media promptly after each shoot so our editing team can deliver to clients on time You'll learn photography, video, and how to create 3D tours — no experience needed to start; we'll train you as the role develops What We're Looking For Dependable, professional, and communicative — you show up on time and follow through A good eye and a genuine interest in learning photography Availability of roughly 2-3 days per week, with the flexibility to get to a shoot within 24-48 hours of an order A reliable vehicle and valid drivers license A fast, reliable internet connection to upload your media after each shoot No experience required — we provide all camera and video equipment and train you from the ground up Compensation Guaranteed monthly minimum of $1,200 while we build up shoot volume in your area, so you're supported from day one Per-shoot pay that grows your monthly earnings as volume increases — as we add builders and shoots in your area, you earn more (our sales team is working to bring that business in for you) — photographers in Greenville market earn up to $3,000/m in peak season Paid mileage Paid training, covered by your monthly minimum Paid via direct deposit; 1099 contractor position Why This Role A ground-floor spot in a growing market, with real income upside as volume builds All equipment provided — no need to own a camera Full, paid training with no experience required Flexible, part-time schedule Ready to grow with us in Raleigh?
