Overview Join our dynamic team as a Real Estate Photographer and bring properties to life through stunning visuals that captivate potential buyers and renters! In this energetic role, you'll leverage your photography and videography skills to showcase homes, commercial spaces, and development projects with vibrant clarity and artistic flair. Your creativity will help clients stand out in a competitive market, making each property irresistible through expertly crafted images and videos. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the fast-paced, innovative world of real estate photography all while maintaining a flexible schedule! Responsibilities Capture high-quality photographs and videos of residential and commercial properties, ensuring every shot highlights the space's best features Conduct on-site filming and photography sessions, managing lighting, angles, and composition to produce visually compelling content Organize, edit, and upload photos to Google Drive folders Collaborate with clients and marketing teams to understand project objectives and deliver tailored visual solutions Maintain a great attitude in this customer forward environment! Requirements Proven experience in photography, videography, or related art direction roles with a strong portfolio showcasing real estate or commercial content Knowledge of post-production workflows for both images and video content to ensure high-quality output Ability to operate professional filming equipment such as DSLRs or mirrorless cameras, stabilizers, lighting gear, and drones Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously Effective communication skills to coordinate with clients, agents, or marketing teams effectively Must be able to obtain your Part 107 Drone Pilots License if you do not already possess it Valid drivers license and reliable/presentable vehicle is a must Join us as a Real Estate Photographer where your creative vision transforms properties into captivating visual stories! This role is perfect for passionate artists eager to grow their technical skills while making a tangible impact in the real estate industry. Hours are very flexible, you can essentially create your own schedule. Having your own equipment is preferred however, some equipment may be provided for the right canidate.
