Responsibilities Plan and execute photoshoots and video shoots that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives Use professional photography equipment and lighting setups to produce high-quality images and videos Edit and manipulate photos using Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and other editing tools to enhance visual appeal Manage color accuracy through effective color management techniques, ensuring consistency across all media Conduct post-production work including retouching, color grading, and compositing to create polished final assets Film engaging videos using videography techniques, including framing, camera movement, and sound recording Collaborate with art directors, marketing teams, and social media managers to develop creative concepts and visual strategies Skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro for editing and video production Strong understanding of photography principles including composition, lighting, perspective, and color theory Experience with photo editing, photo manipulation, and art direction to craft visually compelling stories Knowledge of videography techniques including filming, editing, and post-production workflows Familiarity with social media management platforms to optimize content for various channels Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills to articulate creative ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with team members Performance Measures Units photographed per hour/day Accuracy of required image set completion File naming/upload accuracy Rework rate Productivity against daily KPIs Join us as a Content Photographer and bring your creative vision to life!
