About Us Visual Marketing & Design is a high-volume, one-stop-shop real estate marketing company providing photography, videography, 3D tours, floor plans, and more to agents and brokerages throughout New Jersey. We're expanding our team of talented field operators to meet growing demand and are looking for a reliable, creative professional who loves working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Position Overview We're seeking a Real Estate Photographer/Videographer to capture high-quality photo and video content of residential properties. You'll represent our brand in the field, providing exceptional customer service and consistently delivering content that meets our professional standards. Our in-house and outsourced teams handle all editing, scheduling, and sales—you simply capture and upload your materials by 9:00 PM the same day. What We Offer Comprehensive training and onboarding Flexible scheduling — manage your own calendar Supportive and collaborative team environment Responsibilities Photograph and film residential real estate listings Capture and upload 3D tours, drone shots, and floor plan imagery (when applicable) Ensure all files are delivered by 9:00 PM on the day of the shoot Provide outstanding customer service and communication with clients Maintain professional conduct and appearance at all times Travel independently throughout New Jersey using your own vehicle Required Skills & Experience Experience in real estate photography and videography is a plus Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and white balance Excellent communication and time management skills Professional, confident, and reliable demeanor FAA Part 107 license and drone experience (when applicable) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Required Equipment Mirrorless or DSLR camera (full frame preferred; 18MP or higher) Wide-angle lens (16mm minimum for full frame, 12mm for crop sensor) External flash (TTL capable preferred) Tripod with accurate level and rotating head Motorized gimbal/stabilizer (e.g., Ronin M/S) Lavalier microphone 360 camera (e.g., Ricoh Theta) with monopod Smartphone or iPad with current operating system Reliable high-speed internet connection for uploads Additional Information All candidates are subject to background checks.
