This is a professional, fast-moving operation built for streamers who already understand the pace, and most importantly the pressure of live breaking. Position Overview We're looking for experienced Sports Card Breakers / Streamers who are ready to step into a serious live breaking operation. This role is for an indiviudal who is comfortable on camera, know the product inside and out, and can run a clean, high-energy stream without needing hand-holding. If you perform best under pressure and want to stream with better product and a real team behind you, this is the place to do it. Key Responsibilities Host high-energy, fast-paced live breaks on Whatnot Open, showcase, and explain premium sports card products (Panini, Topps, Upper Deck, Fanatics) Engage live audiences, promote sales, and maintain consistent viewer interaction Operate and manage your streaming station (camera, lighting, audio, layout) Ensure break integrity, order accuracy, and proper coordination with backend team Collaborate with leadership to improve show flow, engagement, and performance Stay informed on new releases, pricing trends, and hobby updates Represent Trace N Chase professionally on and off camera Qualifications Prior experience streaming sports cards on different platforms Strong on-camera presence and communication skills Solid understanding of modern sports card products and formats Ability to perform independently in a live production environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts Compensation & Growth Competitive base pay plus performance-based incentives/revenue share Access to premium product releases and major events Be part of one of the most recognized live-streaming teams in the hobby
