We're looking for outgoing, dependable people who can handle long but exciting tournament days while creating a fun experience for athletes and families. What You'll Do Photograph athletes and teams Interact confidently with coaches, parents, and tournament staff Help create a fun, energetic environment around the booth or setup Use your phone's portrait mode for shots and workflow tasks Work outdoors in changing weather conditions Travel locally to tournaments and sporting events Represent the Snap Play Sports brand professionally What We're Looking For Comfortable talking to people and approaching coaches/parents confidently Positive attitude and high energy Ability and willingness to work outdoors for extended periods Must own a smartphone with a quality camera and portrait mode Willingness to use your personal phone for work-related photography and communication Reliable transportation Must be dependable and show up ready to work Ability to stay organized in busy, fast-paced environments Sports knowledge is a plus, especially baseball Schedule & Expectations Seasonal tournament-based work Long shifts are common (12-16 hours on tournament days) Weekend availability is
