The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, possess strong technical skills, and be adept at capturing compelling images across various formats. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, including photography, videography, and post-production, while contributing to our brand's visual identity and content strategy. Candidates should be proficient in industry-standard software and possess a keen eye for detail, color management, and art direction. Duties Capture high-quality photographs and videos for various projects, including events, marketing campaigns, and editorial content. Manage all aspects of post-production editing using Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools. Perform color correction and color management to ensure consistency across all visual content. Edit and manipulate photos to enhance visual appeal through photo editing and photo manipulation techniques. Film and produce video content, including filming on location or in studio settings. Collaborate with art directors and clients to develop creative concepts aligned with project goals. Manage social media platforms by creating engaging visual content and maintaining a consistent brand aesthetic. Oversee the entire production process from conceptualization to final delivery, ensuring high standards of quality. Stay updated on current trends in photography, videography, and social media management to keep content fresh and relevant. Assist with sales efforts by showcasing portfolio work and participating in client meetings when necessary. Skills Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and the full Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of color theory and color management techniques. Experience in photo editing, photo manipulation, art direction, videography, filming, and post-production workflows. Knowledge of video production processes including filming techniques and editing for social media or commercial use. Excellent eye for detail with a focus on composition, lighting, and visual storytelling. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Strong communication skills for collaborating with clients and team members effectively. Background or interest in journalism or social media management is a plus. This position offers an engaging environment where creativity is valued and professional growth is encouraged through diverse projects that showcase your skills across photography and videography disciplines.
