What You'll Do Travel to homes and shoot listing content: photos, video, drone, and 3D scans Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and our internal team Follow shoot-day checklists, prep gear, and manage logistics Help agents feel confident on camera by coaching them on what to say and how to look their best Upload files and notes to our editing team

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

This job is flexible, but it is not "whenever I feel like it" flexible. This is a variable-hour role, not a traditional 9-5. Real estate moves fast, so shoots are often booked 1-2 days in advance and the schedule changes week to week. We connect with your Google Calendar so you can block off unavailable days/times. If your calendar is open, our system knows you can be scheduled. We need someone available at least 4 days per week, Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays. This is a great fit if you want creative, active, people-focused work and love flexibility and/or have other commitments or projects you want to make time for. It is not the right fit if you need guaranteed full-time hours or the exact same schedule every week. What Makes This Job Great
