Responsibilities Engage with customers in person and online to promote live sports card sales, creating an exciting shopping experience. Manage social media platforms using tools like Ebay car evaluation, and Facebook Advertising to showcase new arrivals, special events, and exclusive offers. Develop compelling content including photography, videos, and graphic designs using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Creative Suite to highlight featured cards. Conduct market research on trending sports topics and keywords using SEO strategies and Google Analytics to optimize product visibility. Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication, relationship management, and personalized service. Coordinate live sales events, including setting up displays, capturing engaging photos and videos, and managing online promotions. Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on customer preferences and industry trends to inform sales strategies. Qualifications Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or e-commerce environments. Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Suite for content creation. Familiarity with social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Facebook Advertising. Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening techniques. Strong photography and video editing skills to produce high-quality visual content that attracts collectors. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively. Passion for sports memorabilia or collectibles is highly desirable; prior experience in public relations or branding is a plus.
