We specialize in MLS photography, cinematic video, aerial drone, twilight sessions, Zillow 3D tours, floor plans, virtual staging, and social media content. All photo and video editing is handled by our in-house team — no editing responsibilities required for this role. You focus on shooting, uploading, and we handle the rest. The Role We're looking for a creative, dependable, and technically skilled Photographer/Videographer to join our team. This is a flexible contractor position based in the Phoenix metro area, with on-location shoots throughout the Valley and remote file management from home. What You'll Do Shoot professional interiors, exteriors, aerial drone content, twilight sessions, and community amenities Operate drones, gimbals, lighting equipment, and stabilization tools safely on location Deliver consistent composition, exposure, and HDR bracketing that meets our visual quality standards Upload, organize, and back up all media files the same day as each shoot Represent Phoenix Virtual Tour professionally with agents and homeowners on every assignment Assist with social media reels and branded short-form video content as needed Qualifications 3+ years of professional photography experience Real estate photography experience preferred Basic video production and gimbal operation experience required Experience working in fast-paced, client-facing environments Equipment Required Applicants must own and operate: Full-frame camera body 14-16mm wide-angle lens Drone with FAA Part 107 certification Gimbal stabilizer Tripod Professional microphones Drone ND filters (preferred) Workflow Knowledge Basic familiarity with Adobe Lightroom, Bridge and Photoshop Knowledge of HDR bracketing, proper exposure, and file organization Ability to manage same-day uploads and media delivery efficiently Additional Requirements Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and ability to travel throughout the Phoenix metro area Flexible availability, including evenings for twilight shoots Strong communication skills and professional appearance Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently Preferred Skills Off-camera flash experience Luxury real estate photography Matterport or Zillow 3D experience Social media reels and vertical content creation Why Join Us Flexible scheduling Competitive per-project compensation Gas reimbursement Work alongside top-producing Arizona realtors Consistent project opportunities across the Valley Growth opportunities within an expanding media company 20+ year established brand
