$74-$76.12 DOE The Planet Group is looking for a Photographer to join our well-known Fortune 500 client on a 12-month contract, working a hybrid schedule out of Culver City, CA. Photographer |Qualifications:
5 to 8 years of experience as a photographer, with proven expertise developing culture-defining content within the music industry, events, and/or entertainment landscape. Experience assisting established photographers is a plus. A portfolio demonstrating expertise in studio lighting portraiture as well as reportage. Highly creative with the ability to work under direction and a proven track record of capturing iconic, culture-defining content. Deep technical understanding of studio lighting (constant and strobes), mixed lighting, digital capture equipment, digital archiving, file naming, and keywording. Proficient and quick retoucher with the ability to retouch skin, clothing, and silo images. Proficient in using Capture One as a photo processing tool. Extensive experience working with notable talent and comfortable in high-pressure situations. Intuitive understanding of what makes great content that engages specific audiences across a broad range of channels and platforms. Avid consumer of photography, drawing inspiration from editorial, fine art, and commercial work; stays ahead of new trends and shares insights with the wider team. Phenomenal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Ability to lead several projects through all stages, from concept ideation through production and execution. Able to anticipate change and react efficiently while remaining comfortable with ambiguity. Discretion in handling confidential materials. Exceptional attention to detail while working under tight deadlines. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop), Capture One, and Keynote. Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills. Photographer |Description:
Lead projects from initial conception through to flawless execution. Demonstrate versatility in both producing and creating, with the ability to work collaboratively or solo. Plan and manage both simple and complex photo shoots. Capability to shoot and produce visual assets from start to finish independently.
