ROLE SUMMARY
The team at CPV Media is looking for a talented Creative Specialist who is experienced in photography, videography, and drone operation. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and advanced client relationship and customer service skills. They will also possess a growth mindset, always being open to feedback and direction, while looking for ways to improve their skills and innovate. THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete photo, video, drone, 3D services, and floorplans on-site for clients. Upload footage before 8pm. Communicate any and applicable field notes to respective team members. Complete Project Prep every day before 9:30pm. Confirm schedule with Creative Lead before 9am. Identify and determine the best creative solutions while completing our services. Travel to and from shoots in a timely manner. Communicate vision and expectations to clients on-site and remotely. Prepare, maintain, and manage company equipment. Maintain calendar accuracy for tracking purposes. Oversee listing solutions from start to finish. Maintain responsive and consistent communication across departments. Operate effectively within both a team environment and individually. Offer solutions consultations for in-field upgrades. Participate in training and development opportunities.
WHY YOU'LL BE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE
You have 1-2 years of creative experience as a professional or independent creative contractor. You are a passionate creative with refined photography, videography, and drone operation skills. You have a valid Part 107 drone pilot certification, or are willing/able to obtain one within 4 weeks of employment. You are professional and showcase etiquette, a positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills. You are great with clients and understand the importance of customer service and relationship building. You are analytical and possess strong creative, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. You can function under pressure in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment. You are detail obsessive and understand the importance of attention to detail. You are kind and personable and showcase empathy in and outside of work. You have a growth mindset and constantly challenge yourself to harness your full potential. You take feedback well and constantly look for ways to improve your craft and the craft of those around you. Your work is consistent and you make sure to stay disciplined and motivated to put your best foot forward. You have a valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation that you can always use for the job.
BONUS POINTS
Real estate industry, marketing/sales, client directing, and/or business/operations experience. You're comfortable using a 3-axis gimbal to shoot stabilized video content. Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless camera systems and lenses.
WORK HOURS & EARNING POTENTIAL
Pay will be $28-35/hr (based on experience). Working hours will range from 20-30 per week, 5 days per week. Exact working hours are dependent on the needs of the business and the completion of projects. The standard work schedule ranges from Monday to Friday, 9:00A to 6:00P, with necessary flexibility for evening and/or weekend hours. Gas reimbursement is provided bi-weekly.

Do you have your Part 107 FAA Drone Certification? If not, are you willing to acquire it within your first month of employment? Do you currently live within 15 miles of Ashburn, VA? Where are you currently located? Are you comfortable commuting every day for the role and do you have reliable transportation that you can always use for the job?
