Job Description

OVERVIEW
Are you passionate about capturing stunning photography and video? Do you thrive in dynamic environments and excel in customer service? Join our small but mighty team at Keyframes Media, where creativity meets innovation in real estate and small business marketing. SUMMARY As a Creative Specialist at Keyframes Media, you'll be instrumental in producing high-quality visual content for real estate listings. From photography and videography to drone operations and 3D scanning, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client experiences while maintaining our aesthetic standards and commitment to excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute on-site photography, videography, and drone services for real estate clients. Ensure timely upload of footage and effective communication with team members. Provide creative input and solutions to enhance our services. Maintain equipment and ensure readiness for each shoot. Communicate effectively with clients both on-site and remotely. Manage schedules accurately for efficient time tracking. Oversee projects from inception to completion with attention to detail. Collaborate within a team and independently to meet objectives. Offer consultations for on-site service enhancements. Participate in training and development opportunities as required.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Proficiency in photography, videography, and drone operations. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service. FAA Part 107 Drone License preferred. Valid Driver's License required. Prior experience in real estate or related industries preferred. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and file management systems. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make informed decisions.
WORK HOURS
Part-time with growth potential. Starting at 10 hours per week with expected growth to 30+ hours in Spring/Summer. Appointments can be scheduled up to 1 day in advance so the position is on-call. Flexible workload with seasonal expansion. An initial commitment of 10 hours per week, increasing significantly (30+ hours) as demand rises in Spring/Summer. We're looking for someone who's excited about growing with us.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant work experience preferred. 1-3 years of professional or independent creative work experience preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to move and adjust objects up to 50 pounds. Operation of light machinery and electronic equipment. Extended periods of standing may be required.

Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Application Question(s): Are you willing to keep a flexible schedule to accommodate for incoming photoshoots? Our weekly jobs range in time and day, we can accommodate certain schedule requests if needed. This position requires a strong training phase and can take 1-2 months of hands on training with a manager. You will work alongside another photographer during this entire period and will also be interacting with a wide variety of clientele. Are you comfortable with this? We are looking to build a long term working relationship with our creative specialists. Are you willing to build your skills and grow with us long term? Will you be able to reliably commute daily within the North Idaho and broader area?
License/Certification:
