Real Estate Photographer

Boulevard Real Estate Media is looking for a talented photographer to join our team. The role focuses on capturing high-quality images for real estate marketing. If you have some experience, own a good camera with a wide-angle lens, tripod, reliable transportation, and fast internet, we'd love to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Capture high-quality photos of real estate properties using the HDR bracketing method. Upload and manage photo files, ensuring timely communication of any field notes. Identify and implement creative solutions during shoots. Travel to and from photo shoots punctually. Communicate effectively with clients on-site and remotely. Maintain and manage photography equipment. Keep calendar updated for time tracking. Maintain consistent communication across departments. Operate effectively both as part of a team and individually. Participate in training and development opportunities.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Strong photography skills with experience in real estate preferred. Professional etiquette, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills are a must. Valid Driver's License, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.

GEAR REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for this role, you must have at a minimum: A DSLR/mirrorless camera (Sony, Canon, or Panasonic) with 4K video capabilities. A wide-angle lens. (between 10-16mm) A tripod.
