Job Description

The Beckham Group is looking for a creative, reliable, and detail-oriented Real Estate Photographer & Marketing Coordinator to join our team full-time! This position is real estate photography first . The most important part of the job is photographing homes at a high professional standard for our listings. From there, this role will also help with content creation, social media, website updates, SEO, newsletters, and other marketing projects as we continue building one of the strongest real estate brands in Douglas County. This is a full-time in-house marketing and creative position. We are a small, team-oriented, marketing-first real estate company. We care a lot about our online presence, quality listing marketing, creative content, and staying ahead of the curve. This person will work directly with our team to help produce better listing media, more consistent content, and stronger marketing across all platforms. Primary Responsibilities Photograph real estate listings, including interiors, exteriors, land, details, and lifestyle/property features Edit and deliver polished, MLS-ready listing photos with a consistent professional style Help coordinate listing photo shoots and marketing timelines Create listing-related content for social media, websites, and other platforms Assist with short-form content, behind-the-scenes content, local real estate content, and team/company content Help manage social media platforms and keep content active and consistent Assist with newsletters, website pages, blog/SEO content, and Google Business Profile updates Support agents with marketing materials, listing promotions, open house content, and social media assets Help organize and improve our overall content and marketing systems Potentially assist with drone, video, and editing work depending on experience and skill set What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is creative, dependable, organized, and genuinely interested in photography, marketing, and content creation. You should have a good eye for composition, lighting, angles, editing, and the way a property should be presented online. Real estate photography experience is strongly preferred, but architectural, interior, commercial, or high-quality photography experience may also be considered. For this position, your photography/content is your resume. We will provide the necessary equipment, but the right person for this position already knows how to operate a camera and the necessary equipment to capture professional-quality photos. We currently work with several independent contractors for various photography, social media, and marketing projects, and are looking to bring as much as possible in-house with a partner who sees a long-term career in a creative position with a growing company. Required Strong photography skills Ability to photograph homes professionally Ability to edit photos to a polished, consistent standard Reliable transportation Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and with a team Good organization and follow-through Willingness to learn our systems, style, and standards Portfolio or examples of past photography work (This can even be your own home to create an example of your work) Bonus Skills Real estate photography experience Drone photography/video experience FAA Part 107 certification or willingness to get certified Video editing Any social profiles where you have created viral content, or have grown a following Canva, Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere, CapCut, or similar tools Website updates, blog writing, SEO, or newsletter experience Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, or Google Business Profile Existing photography/video gear Equipment We have a Sony A7IV, tripods, gimbal, studio lights, green screen, and other content equipment available. We are also prepared to invest in the right lenses, drone, flash, and other equipment needed for the role at your suggestion. Flexibility Private workspace at our office will be provided, but much of this position can be completed remotely. Weekly project expectations will be communicated, but this position allows for a flexible work schedule and hours as long as projects are completed by the communicated deadlines.
