This role involves capturing both high-quality standard photos and 360° imagery for real estate marketing. If you have experience shooting real estate properties, own professional gear—including a DSLR camera, wide angle lens & 360 camera—plus reliable transportation and fast internet, we'd love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Capture high-quality standard photos of real estate properties using HDR bracketing techniques. Capture 360° imagery suitable for virtual tours and interactive floor plans. Upload and manage photo and 360° files promptly, ensuring timely delivery. Solve creative challenges on-site to achieve the best visual outcomes. Travel to and from photo shoots reliably and punctually. Communicate professionally with clients on-site and remotely. Maintain and manage all photography and 360° equipment. Keep your calendar updated for accurate scheduling. Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Boulevard team, while also working independently. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Strong photography skills with real estate experience . Experience capturing and processing 360° imagery. Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor. Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills. Valid Driver's License, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
GEAR REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this role, you MUST have at a minimum: A DSLR or mirrorless camera (Sony, Canon, or Panasonic) with 4K video capabilities. A wide-angle lens (between 10-16mm) equivalent. A tripod. A 360 camera capable of capturing high-quality images suitable for real estate virtual tours (e.g., Ricoh Theta Z1, Insta360 One RS 1-Inch, etc.). Reliable internet for uploading large photo and 360° files.
