OVERVIEW

We are seeking talented, outgoing, and creative Photographers to join our team for High School Senior Portrait season. This role focuses on capturing modern, professional senior portraits in various settings and locations as required. Photographers who excel during the summer season may have the opportunity to continue photographing underclass and elementary school portraits throughout the Fall. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about photography, comfortable working with students and families, and able to create a fun, confident experience during each session.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Photograph high school senior portraits in various settings and locations as assigned Arrive on time and maintain reliable attendance for scheduled sessions and events Create a relaxed and engaging experience for students during portrait sessions Communicate professionally with students and parents regarding session details and yearbook requirements Ensure portraits meet school yearbook specifications and deadlines Set up and manage photography lighting and equipment Download, organize, and submit images at the end of each shift Collect and balance daily sitting fees when required Travel to local photography locations and school sites as needed

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Portrait photography experience preferred Strong understanding of camera equipment, lighting setups, and posingExperience working in multiple photography environments and lighting conditions Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong time management skills with the ability to consistently arrive prepared and on schedule Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Ability to work independently and manage session flow efficiently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

PREFERRED SKILLS

Knowledge of professional lighting techniques and light meter use Experience working with teens, schools, or portrait clients Comfortable directing poses and helping clients feel confident on camera Editing experience with Lightroom or similar software is a plus.
