Located in East Nashville with very very flexible hours and nice people! Training would be paid and take about 2-3 days. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality photos of pre-loved clothing items, showcasing their unique details, textures, and styles to attract eco-conscious shoppers. Your creative eye and technical expertise will help us highlight the beauty and value of each piece, making sustainable fashion accessible and appealing to a broad audience. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to blend photography, art direction, and social media management in a fast-paced, environmentally driven environment. Responsibilities Set up and organize clothing items for optimal visual presentation, ensuring each piece is styled attractively for photography. Capture high-resolution images using professional photography equipment, emphasizing color accuracy and detail. Edit and manipulate photos with Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, and Capture One to enhance visual appeal while maintaining true-to-life colors. Manage color consistency across images through expert color management techniques, ensuring each photo accurately represents the clothing item. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging visual content for social media platforms and online listings. Maintain an organized digital archive of all photos with proper tagging and categorization for easy retrieval. Assist in filming short videos or creating visual content using Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro to showcase clothing in motion or styled settings. Experience Proven experience in professional photography, photo editing, or post-production work, preferably within fashion or e-commerce environments. Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere, and Capture One. Knowledge of color theory and color management to ensure accurate color reproduction across digital platforms. Experience with videography and filming techniques to produce engaging video content. Familiarity with art direction principles to style clothing items effectively for photography sessions. Ability to manage social media content creation and understand current trends in digital marketing related to sustainable fashion. Prior experience in journalism or storytelling through visual media is a plus for creating compelling narratives around secondhand clothing collections.
