Not a desk job person? Neither are we! One day you're photographing a luxury listing in Frisco. The next you're capturing a family home in Irving that's about to hit the market. You'll spend your days exploring different neighborhoods, meeting new people, working with local real estate professionals, and creating media that helps homes stand out. No two days look exactly the same, and honestly, that's one of the best parts of the job. We're a growing real estate media company serving the DFW area, and we're looking for someone with a creative eye, strong people skills, and a desire to grow within a supportive, fun, and fast-moving environment. Whether your background is in photography, videography, content creation, marketing, or another creative field, we're looking for someone who is excited to learn, grow, and make an impact. About Us Altitude Visuals is a full-service real estate media company providing photography, video, drone, and marketing services to real estate professionals throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We don't just create media, we build relationships. Our goal is to help our clients market homes effectively while providing a professional, dependable experience every step of the way. What You'll Do Travel to residential properties throughout the Dallas area for scheduled appointments Capture interior and exterior listing media using our structured shot process Represent our company professionally with agents and homeowners Upload photo files after each appointment using your personal computer (no editing required) Learn additional services such as drone photography, 3D virtual tours, and floor plans Deliver a positive, professional customer experience at every property What We're Looking For Friendly and professional communicator who enjoys working with people Strong reliability and ability to work independently Excellent punctuality and follow-through Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Comfortable managing a schedule without direct supervision Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Some background or familiarity with photography, videography, content creation, media production, or a related creative field is preferred Available primarily Wednesday-Friday, with occasional weekend availability when needed Comfortable spending significant time driving between appointments Compensation & Growth $25/hr during paid training (approximately 4 weeks). Team members are expected to obtain their FAA Part 107 Drone License during the training period. $30/hr after drone certification and independent field work $35/hr after video certification Mileage reimbursement of $0.30 per mile between appointments Company-provided camera equipment and training Opportunity to learn additional media services and grow within the company Schedule & Availability Approximately 25-30 hours per week General availability between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM is preferred on workdays Daily schedules vary based on appointment volume, property locations, and demand Most days include multiple property appointments throughout the Dallas / DFW area Flexibility is important, as appointments may occasionally be added, moved, or adjusted throughout the week A significant amount of driving is involved, so a reliable vehicle is required (2014 or newer preferred) Real estate is a fast-paced, client-driven industry. Successful team members are dependable, flexible, organized, and able to adjust to changing schedules while continuing to provide an exceptional experience for agents and homeowners.
