Visual Content Producer (Videographer & Photographer) Posted 08-May-2026 (CST) Marketing and Communications Fort Worth, TX, USA Full Time About the
Role:
This is a full-time, in-office position "AgTrust is hiring a talented Visual Content Producer to capture the authentic stories of farmers, ranchers, and rural communities through photography, video, and multimedia content. You'll lead creative production for marketing campaigns, internal communications, and our podcast, from concept and field shoots to editing and post-production. This role blends technical expertise with creative storytelling, allowing you to produce content that strengthens our brand, engages employees, and showcases the people and values behind agriculture. What You'll Do:
Plan, shoot, and edit videos, photography, and multimedia content Produce content for social media, website, campaigns, and internal/external audiences Capture authentic stories in the field at farms, ranches, and community locations Collaborate with marketing team on campaigns and storytelling strategy Manage projects from concept through final production Maintain organized library of visual assets Support video series and podcast production What Makes You a
Great Fit:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Video Production, or a related field preferred 2+ years of experience in videography, photography, or multimedia content creation with demonstrated portfolio of brand or documentary-style storytelling. Proficiency in video production, editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, After Effects, etc.), and photography tools. Experience producing content for internal and external audiences. Strong storytelling skills, able to translate complex topics into compelling visual narratives. Comfortable conducting interviews and capturing authentic stories in field settings. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience creating content for social media marketing and digital campaigns. Drone videography certification (FAA Part 107) or willingness to obtain. Motion graphics and animation skills. Familiarity with agriculture, rural communities, or agricultural industries. (Preferred)

Work Environment:
Combination of office work, field shooting, and travel to agricultural operations and rural communities. Occasional early mornings or evening shoots depending on lighting and farming schedules.
