$8.50-$10.50 per hour + Uncapped Commission Glow Up Texas is seeking motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working outdoors, and earning additional income through commissions and bonuses. Responsibilities Canvass residential neighborhoods and introduce homeowners to our permanent outdoor lighting solutions. Generate qualified leads and schedule free estimates. Explain product features, benefits, and financing options. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude. Track daily activity and meet performance goals. Represent Glow Up Texas with professionalism and integrity. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Comfortable walking neighborhoods and working outdoors. Reliable transportation. Sales experience is a plus but not required. Must be at least 18 years old.
