Duties Capture high-resolution photographs of residential and commercial properties, ensuring optimal lighting, composition, and staging to showcase each space effectively Operate high-quality equipment including HDR camera, drone, matterport, gimbal, etc Film engaging video tours and promotional content that highlight property layouts, features, and surrounding amenities Edit photos using industry-standard software such as Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, and Capture One to enhance color accuracy, clarity, and overall visual appeal Produce polished videos with Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro, incorporating smooth transitions, music, and branding elements for maximum impact Manage color correction and color management techniques to maintain consistency across all visual assets Collaborate with clients and real estate agents to understand their vision and deliver tailored visual content that aligns with marketing goals Maintain organized workflows for post-production processes including photo manipulation, art direction, and video editing to ensure timely delivery of final assets Stay updated on current trends in real estate marketing, photography techniques, and social media management to create compelling content optimized for various platforms Qualifications Proven experience in real estate or commercial photography and videography with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in capturing property visuals FAA Part 107 certified is a plus Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop), Capture One, Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere for editing photos and videos Knowledge of color theory and color management practices to produce visually consistent images across different media Skilled in post-production techniques including photo editing, photo manipulation, and art direction to enhance visual storytelling Ability to operate professional filming equipment such as DSLRs or mirrorless cameras, stabilizers, drones (if applicable), and lighting gear Strong understanding of videography principles including framing, lighting, sound quality, and editing workflows Excellent communication skills to interpret client needs clearly and deliver exceptional results on schedule Experience with social media management tools is a plus for creating content optimized for online platforms This paid role offers a fantastic chance to develop your skills in a creative environment while making a tangible impact on real estate marketing campaigns.
