Job Description
This is a part time position, typically 5 days per week after training. You must be available Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm with additional time at home doing post production work for homes filmed that day. What we look for in a successful photographer candidate include:
- Professional
- both in appearance and deed, polite but yet direct in dealings with clients as they are responsible for the success of the photo shoot
- Must be located in the Corpus Christi area
- Must have previous professional photography experience or equivalent photographic educational experience
- Experienced
- must have photography experience with an online portfolio that can be viewed as a part of this process
- Detail Oriented
- each home is different, being able to photograph a home in its best light is a corner stone of our business, seeing a home through the eye of the consumer and capturing with the right angles in imperative for success
- Proven Project Management skills a plus, must exercise good judgement for challenging environments
- Willing to learn and follow our process
- we have been in this business since 2006 and we teach our processes and techniques to our team members to assure a consistent high quality product for our customers
- Reliable
- being able to follow a dynamic changing schedule and not being flustered by periods of ambiguity
- Dependable
- being available to work the hours scheduled
- Punctual
- following a schedule that assure timely service of all assigned appointments and post production responsibilities
- Quick Study
- we can teach how to photograph a home, the ideal candidate will be able to take these teachings and apply them to any customer situation, consistently providing a top notch product and customer experience

- Technology continues to improve and with it we continue to upgrade to new technologies as they are proven in the market place
- Has Technology Tools
- PC/Mac computer with high speed internet connection, plus smart phone
- Dependable Transportation
- dependable automobile and valid driver's license and sense of direction

- from working with competing clients to being responsible for thousands of dollars of equipment
- Physical requirements includes carrying camera gear, climbing stairs, typically many of our photographers log over 10,000 steps a day, while climbing multiple flights of stairs.
