We're seeking a full-time Photographer/Studio Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing unforgettable experiences for our clients. As a Photographer/Assistants Studio Manager at MTW, your duties will include:

• Managing and scheduling appointments to ensure efficient studio operations.
• Providing exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations.
• Creating memorable family portrait experiences that leave a lasting impression.
• Meeting daily and weekly targets to drive studio performance.
• Capturing and processing images to achieve desired results.
• Generating natural-looking poses that authentically reflect each family's personality.
• Enhancing image quality through various editing techniques.
• Utilizing and maintaining both modern and traditional technical equipment.
• Arranging objects, scenes, lighting, and backgrounds to meet specifications.
• Directing participants during photoshoots to capture genuine moments.
• Safely lifting and moving equipment weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Engaging with both children and adults to capture genuine smiles.

• Requirements:

• Strong photography skills and experience in a studio environment.
• Ability to work effectively with children and manage a dynamic studio environment.
• Proficiency in image editing software and techniques.
• Familiarity with modern and traditional photography equipment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
