Job Overview - Seeking Experienced PnP Crew (Vermont) We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Property Preservation & Protection (PnP) crew to handle field services across Vermont. The scope of work includes initial securing, winterization, and lock changes on residential properties. The ideal crew must be fully equipped with all necessary tools and materials, including but not limited to hard-coded locks, antifreeze, generators, and other equipment required to complete jobs efficiently in varying conditions. Applicants must have a strong understanding of proper photo documentation standards, providing clear and detailed photos before, during, and after each job to ensure full compliance and reporting accuracy. We are looking for professionals who can complete work in a timely manner, meet deadlines consistently, and maintain quality standards across all assignments.
