Job Description

Cordtec Power Corporation is a fast‑moving manufacturer of electrical power solutions serving customers across North America. As a small, hands‑on team, we rely heavily on high‑quality visual content to communicate product accuracy, build customer trust, and support our growing catalog. We're looking for a Multimedia Content Specialist who can own our photography, video, graphics, and product documentation with consistency and creativity. This role blends product photography, video production, graphic design, catalog updates, and spec‑sheet creation. It's ideal for someone who is organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn our product line in depth. What You'll Do Product Photography & Video Production Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and basic audio equipment. Capture high‑quality product photos and videos for marketing, ecommerce, and documentation. Edit photos and videos to meet brand, quality, and accuracy standards. Maintain an organized studio environment and ensure consistent visual output. Graphic Design & Creative Content Create and update graphics for product pages, marketing materials, and internal documentation. Design and revise product spec sheets, diagrams, and simple technical drawings. Support the creation of website banners, product visuals, and promotional graphics. Ensure all creative assets follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency. Catalog & Documentation Support Update product catalogs with accurate images, descriptions, and technical details. Maintain organized digital asset libraries for easy team access. Assist with product documentation updates, including spec sheets and product drawings. Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure product accuracy across all platforms. Cross‑Team Collaboration Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations to support product launches and updates. Learn and understand our product line — this is essential for producing accurate content. Support internal projects that improve customer experience and brand presentation. Jump in where needed — we're a small team, and flexibility is key. What You Bring Required Experience with photography and videography equipment (DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, audio basics). Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro. Ability to edit photos and videos with attention to detail and brand consistency. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Willingness to learn our product line and understand technical details. Must be able to work onsite in Oak Creek, WI. Preferred Experience with Adobe After Effects (a plus, not required). Prior experience creating product spec sheets or simple technical drawings.
