Marketing & Equipment Listing Specialist Fleet XL - Onalaska, WI Full-Time Position Fleet XL is a growing semi-trailer and transportation equipment dealership serving customers across the Midwest. We are looking for a motivated, hands-on individual to take ownership of our equipment marketing, listings, and digital presence. This role is critical to how we present our equipment to the market and how we generate customer interest. This is not just a content role. This position directly supports sales. What You'll Do Take high-quality photos and videos of semi-trailers and transportation equipment Create clear, accurate, and compelling equipment listings Post listings to our website and third-party platforms (TruckPaper, etc.) Manage and update inventory listings as equipment is added, sold, or changed Assist with Facebook and digital advertising efforts Work directly with the sales team to understand equipment and positioning Ensure all listings are professional, consistent, and up to date What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to write clear, professional descriptions (this matters) Comfortable working both in the office and outside in the yard Self-motivated and able to manage your time without constant direction Basic photography and video skills (professional experience is a plus, not required) Familiarity with Facebook, online marketplaces, or digital marketing is a plus Willingness to learn the semi-trailer and transportation equipment industry What This Job Is (and Isn't) This is a hands-on, get-it-done role You will be outside photographing equipment, not just behind a desk You will be expected to produce consistent, accurate work This is not a "creative-only" role — your work supports real sales activity Compensation Full-time hourly position $26 - $30 per hour , based on experience Opportunity for growth and performance-based increases Why Fleet XL Established and growing company with strong industry relationships Direct impact on sales and business growth Opportunity to build and take ownership of a key function within the company Team-oriented environment with long-term opportunity How to Apply Send your resume along with: Examples of any relevant work (photos, listings, social media, etc.) A short note explaining why you're interested in this role
