Creative Services Intern

WVTM 13 is looking for a Creative Services Intern to join the team behind the marketing and promotion of the NBC-affiliate station in Central Alabama. Creative Services develops the station's brand, produces promotional campaigns, and connects viewers across Central Alabama with the stories that matter most. This internship offers hands-on experience in broadcast marketing, storytelling, and television promotion . You'll work alongside experienced producers, editors, and writers while learning how effective promos are developed from concept to air. As a Creative Services Intern, you will: Write news topical promotions supporting WVTM 13 News/Weather and station programming. Assist with promo shoots and commercial production , both in-house and on location. Observe and participate in the creative process behind station marketing campaigns . Support editing, script development, and production preparation within the Creative Services department. Help produce Public Service Announcements (PSAs) and other projects that reflect WVTM 13's commitment to the communities of Central Alabama.
