Job Description Our client is seeking a Live Event Producer / Video Editor to support their annual internal awards program - a high-visibility live event hosted in Scottsdale, AZ. This role blends video production and live show execution, owning pre-event content creation and serving as the production lead calling the live show. The ideal candidate is creative, resourceful, and thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes event environments. https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/. Skills and Requirements Must Haves- 5+ years of experience in live event production and/or video production
- Proven experience calling live shows (cueing speakers, video, transitions in real time)
- Strong video editing experience (no preference on specific editing tools!)
- Ability to own end-to-end video production (editing, timelines, revisions, delivery)
- Experience working cross-functionally with AV teams and creative stakeholders
- Highly organized and deadline-driven - able to keep multiple workstreams on track
- Strong communication skills, especially in leader-facing environments
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and pivot quickly during live events
- Demonstrated resourcefulness and autonomy (minimal day-to-day oversight)
- Background in entertainment, awards shows, or consumer-facing live events
- Experience producing story-driven content (not just corporate/internal videos)
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-production-value environments
- Familiarity with branding/storytelling alignment in video content
- Experience collaborating with internal communications or marketing teams
