Podcast Producer

Podcast industry leader seeking production studio team members, associates through producers. Hiring for full-time and part-time, long-term work. Ideal candidate loves podcasts, is cheerful, motivated, wants to work in the podcast industry, and has experience in a podcast, advertising or other production studio, where the focus is on serving clients who are building businesses. Preferred experience & qualifications include consultative sales, marketing, promotions, client service, hospitality, leadership and organization. Ideal candidate is neat and cheerful, has polished social skills, and professional written and verbal communications. Prefer experience using project management software, and some technical aptitude (audio & video). Everyone will be cross-trained, this is a team sport. Duties include front-of-house, making sales, outreach & follow up prospective clients, plan and oversee special events & monthly mixers, taking the lead on studio operations and workflow, booking guests, technical operation of equipment. We will train. Learn all aspects of podcast studio, sales, technical & creative, gain expertise, rise to management, grow with the company. Must cheerfully adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously. This is a general overview of the work; starting role, job title, and pay to be based on your unique qualifications; responsibilities and promotions to evolve over time based on business needs and your own talents. Audio/video engineer applicants must also have polished social and client service skills, as all positions are client-facing. All hours are in studio, this is not a remote position. Occasional offsite recordings at events or offices. Occasional evening hours may be required for special events. Pay rate reflects base salary range only - base is commensurate with your experience. Additional pay will include commissions on sales, renewals, and monthly team bonus. Scottsdale area locals only, please. Possible flexibility on start date, but job may begin as early as April 27.
