Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Producer & Stage Manager/Production Manager for upcoming stage show. This pivotal role combines vision with meticulous planning, ensuring a seamless production experience. The ideal candidate will bring energy and a passion for theater to coordinate all aspects of the production, & motivate the team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of live entertainment, managing both the logistical elements of an Award winning Solo show. Responsibilities Oversee all stages of production planning, including scheduling rehearsals, coordinating/collaborating with actor/writer and managing budgets. Serve as the primary communication hub between writer/performer, technical staff, and vendors to ensure everyone is aligned on production goals. Manage rehearsal schedules, track progress, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during preparation. Coordinate technical elements such as lighting, sound, set design, costumes, and props to ensure smooth integration into performances. Lead stage management duties during rehearsals and performances—calling cues, managing flow, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Maintain detailed documentation of production processes, schedules. Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and professionalism among cast and crew. Qualifications Proven experience in theater production management or stage management for live performances. Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with technical staff, and external vendors. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask under deadlines.
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
