Job Description

About the role
We are a prominent production company seeking a highly experienced Line Producer to join our television division. This is a hands-on, senior-level role for a seasoned production professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-output environment and takes ownership of every detail from green-light to delivery. You will work directly alongside the Head of Production and be a critical force in keeping multiple shows running at peak efficiency. What you'll do
Own the complete budgeting process for multiple television productions simultaneously — preparing, managing, and reconciling budgets from development through post. Oversee day-to-day production operations across multiple shows, ensuring schedules, resources, and deliverables stay on track. Lead location scouting, evaluation, and vetting — assessing logistics, permits, costs, safety, and production viability for each project. Negotiate and manage union agreements, ensuring full compliance with SAG-AFTRA, DGA, IATSE, and other applicable guild contracts. Actively leverage cutting-edge AI tools to drive efficiencies in scheduling, budgeting, pre-production planning, and workflow optimization. Anticipate production challenges and solve problems decisively — keeping crews, timelines, and creative vision aligned under pressure. Report directly to the Head of Production, providing clear and consistent updates on all budget, schedule, and operational matters. What we're looking for
Extensive television experience Minimum 7-10 years as a Line Producer in scripted or unscripted television. Multi-show management Proven track record running multiple concurrent productions without sacrificing quality. Budgeting mastery Expert proficiency in Movie Magic Budgeting and production cost management at scale. Union expertise Deep knowledge of major entertainment guild contracts and compliance requirements. AI-forward mindset Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into production workflows — not just awareness of them. Location expertise Experience sourcing and vetting locations, including permitting, logistics, and cost negotiation. Work environment
This role is fully in-person at our Burbank, CA offices. Production does not stop at 5pm, and neither do we — candidates must be comfortable with and committed to the long hours that come with a high-volume television slate. We value diligence, accountability, and a solutions-first mentality above all.
