This role ensures that all production resources are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Build, develop, and manage a reliable network of production vendors and service providers. Source, evaluate, negotiate, and contract suppliers to achieve the best commercial value. Plan and coordinate procurement and logistics for production projects, ensuring timely delivery of equipment, materials, transportation, accommodations, and other production resources. Manage supplier contracts, purchase orders, payments, and vendor performance. Monitor project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and control procurement expenses. Develop contingency plans and manage supply chain risks to ensure uninterrupted production operations. Lead and mentor the Procurement & Logistics team while continuously improving processes and operational efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Procurement, Event Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Production Operations. At least 2 years of leadership experience. Experience supporting television production, live events, concerts, entertainment, media, or production companies is highly preferred. Strong negotiation, vendor management, contract administration, and cost control skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Professional English proficiency.
