The Worldwide Events team is seeking an Associate Producer for Keynote event production, filming, and stage shows.

DescriptionThe Associate Producer, Keynote will take the lead on production management for keynote productions, filming, live stage shows, and other high-profile events, focusing on logistics and technical production. You will lead secondary production units for filming and stage shows in partnership with the lead producing team. As an Associate Producer for Keynote you will coordinate with internal and external resources on production plans, logistics, production schedules, staffing, and communicate the needs to the team. Additionally, this role will directly manage crew and equipment - booking, production diagrams and drawings, crew call sheets, travel, trucking, and direct payroll and budgeting in coordination with our internal teams, as well as being the lead point-of-contact for direct equipment vendors.\
