Work closely with account leadership to translate creative ambition into scalable, profitable deliverables that meet and exceed client needs while maintaining Race Service energy and approach. Protect scopes and use creative problem solving to overcome on site challenges in order to deliver client projects up to and beyond their standards even when the initial assumptions are broken. Own the field. You're not only managing from a desk — you're able to go on-site and are energized by it. Understand set etiquette, prioritize crew safety, and make real-time calls when operational reality shifts. Follow the system. Improve the system.
